This is not to say that we have our head in the clouds, and don’t take financial constraints and timelines seriously. We believe in elegant, cost effective, and minimalist solutions that address specific business problems. Sometimes, less really is more.

We aim to deliver testable chunks of working software on regular and reliable intervals. This adds immediate business value, instead of waiting months for a completed product. This also assists in the refinement process, as adjustments can be made as the product evolves.
We are open to managed change in scope and requirements, and instead of fighting change like traditional software engineering processes do, we embrace it. As long as there is good communication, and a clear definition of what is required, nothing is out of reach.
