Privacy policy.

What we collect.

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages people visit and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location. We use it to understand what's useful on the site, nothing more.
• What you send us. If you email, call, or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your business. Bookings run through Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.
• Server logs. The site is hosted on AWS, which keeps standard technical logs (IP addresses, request times) for security and operations.

What we do with it.

We use analytics to improve the site and your contact information to respond to you. That's the list.

What we don't do.

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't run ad tracking or retargeting.
• We don't sign you up for anything you didn't ask for.

Client information.

Information shared with us during consulting engagements is covered by the engagement agreement, which is stricter than this page. We treat client data the way we advise clients to treat theirs: minimum necessary access, and nothing pasted where it doesn't belong.

Your choices.

You can block cookies in your browser and the site works fine without them. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email hello@aitako.com and we'll sort it out.

Changes.
